HR Officer (Centurion)
Description
The Human Resources Officer will primarily be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the branches of the AFGRI Grain Management Services Division located in the Western Cape, Gauteng, Free State, KZN, and Mpumalanga. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee wellness, and employee relations.
Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
Grade 12
A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration will be an advantage
