Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a result-driven Internal Sales Consultant to be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification (advantage)
- Previous Internal Sales experience
- Microsoft Office & Pastel
- Strong administration skills
Duties:
- Attending to service customers and taking orders
- Attend to RFQ email and telephonic requests
- Assist reps with order enquiries, RQF’s and provide feedback
- Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly
- Administer credit and refund requisitions
- Control and actualization of orders
- Invoicing for customers and maintaining collection files
- Processing payments, purchase orders and following up on buy-outs
- Analyzing and solving problems connected with sales process
- Morning banking
- Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls accordingly
- Understanding the customers’ requirements and specifications
Salary: R20 000 CTC
