We are looking for an experienced Retail Development Manager to provide regional leadership on design and development of stores and provide leadership on the development of the brand corporate identity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma – Architectural Draughtsman (with extensive experience in Revit)
- Project Management Diploma (Advantageous)
- Building Engineering or Building Science qualification (Advantageous)
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a management role
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Possess the necessary skills to build strategic working relationships with retailers and regional DC staff
- Willingness to travel and work long hours when required (regional visits/ store visits/launches)
