Introduction

This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols for project sites.

Oversee the installationa dn maintenance of security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and other infrastruture.

Manage emergency response planning and execution

Prepare and present security reports to management

Manage and lead the security team, including training, and scheduling.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and identify potential security threats.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Min. 5 - 8 years experience as Security Manager - preference construction site.

Bachelors Degree in Security Management

PSIRA registered

Certification in security management

Proven record of security operations management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Able to travel to different project locations.
