🌟 Urgent Vacancy: SENIOR EXECUTIVE - TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEMS COMPLIANT 🌟

Location: Manufacturing in Cato Ridge, KZN

🔹 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 🔹

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science

- Certification in any ISO standards is an added advantage

- 3-5 years' experience in implementing TQM practices and safety compliances in a manufacturing setting

🔹 DESCRIPTION 🔹

- Foster a culture of systematic problem-solving among employees

- Train the team on PSP methodology and encourage its application

- Establish a recognition system to incentivize TQM contributions

- Coordinate PSP training implementation

- Engage all employees in TQM initiatives

- Meet functional TQM goals and targets

- Implement TQM practices like 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, and Kaizen

- Ensure timely reporting on TQM progress

- Maintain TQM boards and visibility of posters

- Provide TQM training to shop floor employees

- Manage IMS / FSMS system documents and reporting

- Drive TQM philosophy and coordinate projects

- Organize TQM events and training

- Support shop floor with Kaizen activities

- Address nonconformities and guide corrective actions

- Document TQM meeting minutes and track action plans

- Conduct basic TQM training for new hires

- Develop IMS internal auditors, oversee audits, and lead certification

- Deliver IMS training to new and existing staff
